Paloma Garcia-Poggio  Managing Director

Paloma has over fifteen years’ experience helping organisations turn complex sustainability rules into practical, auditable systems. She knows what auditors look for and what teams can realistically maintain, drawing on work across certification bodies and global supply chains. She’s calm, clear, and pragmatic designing straightforward procedures, evidence packs, and training that build confidence and stand up to scrutiny.

Richard West Senior Auditor & Consultant 

Richard has an auditor’s instinct for what stands up to scrutiny and what doesn’t. He specialises in shaping evidence packs, mapping traceability, and checking allocation rules so the numbers add up and the paper trail is watertight. Teams like working with Richard because he’s steady, thorough, and good at translating audit language into plain English. He’ll spot the gaps early, fix them with you, and leave behind a tidy, repeatable way of working for the next surveillance visit.

Luis Vega Consultant & Junior Auditor (ISCC EU/PLUS; RFAS) 

Luis is the person who keeps everything moving. He maintains checklists and templates, organises document libraries, and makes sure the right files are in the right place with the right version - so audit week feels routine, not rushed. He’s methodical and approachable, happy to jump on a call, chase a missing supplier statement, or tidy a spreadsheet so it’s crystal clear for reviewers.
